Michael L. Adix II, MD, is a neurointerventional surgeon in private practice in southwestern Michigan, treating brain and spine disorders through catheter-based techniques. His first published work, What We Are (2026), is a systematic philosophy written from clinical experience, in the tradition of Oliver Sacks and Robert Pirsig. He is currently at work on the forthcoming Architecture of Awareness series and publishes under the Intrinsic Press imprint.
